A passionate proponent of regenerative agriculture, he leads educational programs at The Market Gardener Institute and La Ferme des Quatre-Temps, equipping farmers with techniques that balance ecological health, efficiency, and profitability. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, he promotes diversified small farms as a path to food sovereignty and resilient local ecosystems, and was recently awarded the Meritorious Service Cross by the Governor General of Canada.
